Thanks for your interest in our recent CCMA lunch. This year we welcomed an impressive line-up of tech gurus and customer care trendsetters to the RDS to share their industry experience. Chatbots, the rise of machine learning and consumer psychology were all up for discussion on the day. We also welcomed CCMA contact centre award winners, Blizziard entertainment, to the stage to talk about their recent success, they also shared some tips and pointers which we hope will help tee you up for 2019.
